As Alaska's long winter settles in, beekeepers from Anchorage to Fairbanks gather for this indoor showcase celebrating the state's unique fireweed, dandelion, and boreal wildflower honeys. The Alaska Beekeepers Guild hosts honey judging, mead tasting, candle-making workshops, and presentations on overwintering colonies in extreme cold. A beloved annual tradition connecting Alaska's beekeeping community during the off-season.
