The Big Island's premier honey celebration showcasing Hawaii's world-renowned varietal honeys — Lehua (white Lehua flower from high-elevation ohia trees), macadamia blossom, Christmas berry, and rare wilelaiki (Christmas berry). Tours of working apiaries in the lava fields of Kona, honey-and-macadamia pairing dinners, talks by Hawaiian beekeeping legends, and a honey judging competition open to all Hawaii Island producers. Proceeds support Hawaii Beekeepers Association scholarship fund.
