Hosted by the Hawaii Island Beekeepers Association at the Hilo Farmers Market, this late-summer event celebrates the extraordinary biodiversity of Big Island honey: macadamia blossom, java plum, Christmas berry, and rare white Christmas berry honey. Features live demonstration hives, mead tastings from local meaderies, and talks on varroa-resistant Hawaiian bee genetics. Local honey vendors and artisan food producers fill the market pavilions.
