Honey Fair · September 6–8, 2030 · Gadsden, Alabama
Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains along the Coosa River, Gadsden is the heart of Etowah County beekeeping country — where sourwood, tulip poplar, black locust, and summer wildflower meadows yield some of Alabama's most prized varietal honeys. This annual county heritage fair at Noccalula Falls Park celebrates the rich honey traditions of northeast Alabama, bringing together beekeepers from the Coosa and Talladega National Forest highlands for a weekend of honey competitions, extraction demonstrations, local artisan vendors, and guided wildflower pollinator walks through the park's canyon rim woodland gardens.
