Attendees tour working hives with experienced Illinois beekeepers, observe queen grafting demonstrations, and discuss integrated pest management strategies for the Prairie State. Illinois's flat agricultural landscape produces distinctive white sweet clover and alsike clover honeys that are showcased at a tasting table. A vendor area features Illinois-made honey products and equipment.
