The Kentucky State Beekeepers Association's flagship annual event gathers Bluegrass State honey producers in Louisville for two days of education, networking, and honey judging. Sessions cover sourwood and tulip poplar honey production in Eastern Kentucky's Appalachian region, clover and wildflower production in the Bluegrass region, and pest management. Honey judging includes award categories for raw comb honey, extracted light honey, and dark amber honey.
