Nevada Silver State Honey Tour

Self-guided tour of Nevada's high desert apiaries in the Reno-Sparks area during the sage and rabbitbrush bloom season. Participating farms open their hives to visitors, offer guided tastings of raw Nevada sage, desert wildflower, and alfalfa honey, and demonstrate extraction techniques. Coordinated by the Sierra Nevada Beekeepers Association to connect local honey buyers with Great Basin producers.
