The North Dakota Sunflower & Sweet Clover Honey Showcase celebrates the state's role as one of America's top honey-producing states, with beekeepers presenting the mild, buttery sweet clover and golden sunflower honeys harvested from North Dakota's vast agricultural plains. Held at the Fargo Civic Center, the showcase features a competitive honey show judged by American Honey Producers Association standards, along with educational displays on commercial migratory beekeeping. The North Dakota Honey Producers Association hosts workshops on queen rearing, winter preparation, and marketing North Dakota honey.
