Features honey tastings from Oklahoma's diverse floral sources — native prairie wildflower, persimmon blossom, black locust, and tulip poplar — plus live beekeeping demonstrations, a youth honey cooking contest, and a native plant marketplace. Local beekeepers from the Oklahoma Beekeepers Association showcase varietal honeys from the Ozark Plateau, Cross Timbers, and Great Plains regions.
