Honey Festival · September 26–27, 2026 · Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Oshkosh sits on the western shore of Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin's Fox Valley — a landscape of dairy pastures, cranberry marshes, and oak savannas that supports a productive beekeeping community drawing on clover, goldenrod, basswood, and late-season aster honey flows. The Winnebago County Honey & Harvest Festival, held at Menominee Park along Lake Winnebago's shoreline, celebrates the Fox Valley's agricultural heritage with a Wisconsin State Honey Competition judging, beeswax product market, honey and artisan cheese pairings from the area's dairy farms, and a Wisconsin Honey Producers Association educational track covering fall colony management and winter cluster preparation. Lakeside views, local brew sampling, and live bluegrass complete the autumn festival.
