Pennsylvania's premier agricultural showcase includes a competitive honey and beeswax judging program at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center. Pennsylvania beekeepers enter varietal honeys, creamed honey, beeswax candles, and hive products for evaluation by certified judges. Educational exhibits on pollinator health and Penn State's bee research programs are open to the public throughout the 3-day event.
