Virginia's premier beginner and intermediate beekeeping school hosted by the Shenandoah Valley Beekeepers Association in cooperation with Virginia Cooperative Extension. Three-day intensive program covers colony biology, integrated pest management, honey extraction, and Virginia's seasonal beekeeping calendar. Hands-on hive time each day with protective gear provided.
