Snake River Valley Honey & Hops Harvest Festival

Honey Festival · September 13–14, 2027 · Twin Falls, Idaho

The Snake River Valley Honey & Hops Harvest Festival in the Magic Valley celebrates the remarkable convergence of hop farming and beekeeping in southern Idaho. The Snake River Plain is one of America's top honey-producing regions, with vast fields of alfalfa, sweet clover, sage, and buckwheat providing exceptional forage. Idaho's craft brewing revival has created natural synergies between local beekeepers and hop farmers, resulting in honey ales, braggots, and mead crafted from Idaho varietal honeys. Festival activities include apiary tours at commercial honey operations, hop yard walks, honey and craft beer pairing sessions, queen rearing demonstrations, and the Idaho Honey Industry Association's annual honey show and competition.
