Honey Tasting · June 19–20, 2027 · Traverse City, Michigan
Michigan's cherry capital pairs its famous Door Peninsula cherry blossom honey with Traverse City's world-class wines and craft meads at this intimate summer tasting event. Six Northern Michigan honey producers pour single-varietal cherry blossom, clover, and wildflower honeys alongside honey mead flights. Guided sensory workshops teach honey tasting vocabulary — color, aroma, viscosity, finish — and explore how terroir shapes flavor in Michigan honey. Hosted at a Leelanau Peninsula vineyard with panoramic bay views. Limited to 150 guests per session; advance tickets required.
