Honey Festival · March 6–7, 2027 · Shelburne, Vermont
A beloved late-winter tradition celebrating Vermont's two iconic natural sweeteners — maple syrup and raw honey. Held at Shelburne Farms, this two-day event features guided pairings of Vermont varietal honeys (goldenrod, basswood, apple blossom, and clover) with single-source maple syrups, demonstrations of sugaring and honey extraction side by side, farm-to-table honey dessert tastings, and talks from Vermont's multigenerational beekeeping families.
