Nelson County's beekeepers showcase the distinctive tulip poplar, white clover, black locust, and goldenrod honeys that share limestone karst terrain with world-famous bourbon distilleries. Honey and bourbon pairing masterclasses at historic Heaven Hill Distillery pair with My Old Kentucky Home State Park tours and traditional country ham tastings.
