South Dakota Honey Producers Association members present their finest varietal honeys alongside artisan beeswax products, lip balms, and candles crafted from Black Hills beeswax. Demonstrations cover western range beekeeping, honey extraction, and the importance of clover pollination to South Dakota agriculture.
