Jackson Hole Teton Valley Honey & Mountain Wildflower Festival 2027

Honey Festival · June 19–20, 2027 · Jackson, Wyoming

Jackson — Teton County’s seat in Jackson Hole at the foot of the Teton Range, the gateway to Grand Teton National Park and one of North America’s most spectacular mountain valleys where the high-altitude wildflower meadows of the Gros Ventre wilderness, the Snake River bottomlands, and the alpine ecosystems of the Tetons create a breathtaking honey landscape of extraordinary botanical diversity — hosts this summer honey and wildflower festival at the Jackson Town Square. Jackson Hole’s honey landscape is shaped by the valley’s extraordinary elevation — at 6,237 feet, surrounded by peaks exceeding 13,000 feet — and the incredible wildflower diversity of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem: the Snake River’s riparian corridors support dense willow and mountain aster blooms, the sage-covered valley floor produces prized high-altitude sage honey, and the subalpine meadows of the Bridger-Teton National Forest contribute fleabane, alpine clover, and high-mountain wildflower varietals of exceptional rarity and delicate character. The festival features Teton County and Sublette County beekeepers presenting sage, alpine wildflower, and Snake River riparian varietal honeys; educational programs from Wyoming Beekeepers Association on high-altitude mountain beekeeping; artisan vendors along the historic Jackson Town Square; family programs on Grand Teton National Park pollinator ecology and Greater Yellowstone wildflower diversity; honey and Wyoming bison or elk charcuterie pairing demonstrations; and guided apiary tours in the high-altitude meadows and sage flats of Jackson Hole’s extraordinary mountain honey landscape.
