Honey tastings feature the distinctive flavors of northern Minnesota basswood, sweet clover, and boreal wildflower honeys from hives working the North Shore's unique cool-climate floral resources. Pollinator garden tours, beekeeping demonstrations, and Minnesota mead sampling included.
