Honey Festival · March 13–14, 2027 · Tampa, Florida
The Tampa Bay Honey & Mead Festival brings together Florida beekeepers, mead makers, and honey lovers for a celebration of the Sunshine State's unique floral honeys. Florida produces some of the world's finest tupelo, gallberry, orange blossom, and saw palmetto honeys, and this festival is a rare chance to taste them side by side. Mead makers from across the Southeast pour their varietal meads for guided tasting seminars. Educational programming covers Florida's year-round beekeeping season, Africanized bee management, and the state's role as a leading honey producer. Held at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.
