Showcasing Hawaii's extraordinarily diverse honey varietals — macadamia nut blossom, Christmas berry (lehua), ohia lehua from volcanic slopes, and rare Christmas berry from Puna. Includes competitive honey judging, beeswax candle making, and guided tours of local apiaries on the diverse volcanic terrain.
