Honey Festival · July 18–19, 2027 · Dover, Delaware
The Delaware Beekeepers Association hosts this family-friendly summer festival celebrating Delaware's rich agricultural heritage and the crucial role honey bees play in the First State's thriving fruit, vegetable, and grain crops. Held at Delaware Park's agricultural fairgrounds in Dover, the festival brings together 20+ Delaware and Delmarva Peninsula honey producers showcasing clover, wildflower, and sweet tulip poplar varietals. Highlights include a honey show competition open to Delaware beekeepers, a children's queen-finding challenge with observation hives, pollinator garden installations by Delaware State University Extension, and a Farm to Fork honey pairing dinner featuring Delaware wines and meads.
