Beekeepers from the Roaring Fork Valley, Crystal River drainage, and Colorado River canyon place hives in wildflower meadows at elevations from 5,700 to over 9,000 feet, harvesting extraordinary fireweed, mountain aster, clover, and alpine wildflower honeys. This summer market in Two Rivers Park celebrates the valley's honey heritage alongside artisan food producers, local ranchers, and craft beverage makers from Aspen to Grand Junction.
