Hands-on summer honey harvest workshop hosted by Warm Colors Apiary in the Connecticut River Valley. Participants learn extracting techniques, learn to identify varietal honeys from New England flora including basswood, sweet clover, goldenrod, and autumn olive, and take home a jar of freshly extracted raw honey.
