Held at Scissortail Park, this festival brings together urban beekeepers, honey producers from the Cross Timbers and tallgrass prairie regions, and local food artisans. Activities include beehive demonstrations, honey extraction displays, wildflower planting workshops, Oklahoma honey varietal tastings, and a 5K 'Pollinator Run' benefiting local urban beekeeping education.
