Pendleton Umatilla Honey & Eastern Oregon Round-Up Heritage Fair 2029

Honey Fair · August 2–3, 2029 · Pendleton, Oregon

Umatilla County's legendary rodeo town hosts this August honey fair in the shadow of the Blue Mountains, celebrating the beekeeping traditions of Oregon's high-desert wheat belt and Umatilla River valley. Eastern Oregon beekeepers from Umatilla, Morrow, and Union counties showcase sweet clover, alfalfa, fireweed, mountain meadow wildflower, and rare high-desert sage blossom honeys from the Columbia Plateau. The Pendleton Round-Up Heritage Foundation co-sponsors cultural demonstrations alongside presentations by Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation on native pollinator relationships with camas, bitterroot, and Columbia Basin prairie flowers.
