Beekeeping Conference · January 13–15, 2028 · Houston, Texas
The Texas Beekeepers Association's annual winter gathering brings together beekeepers from across the Lone Star State for education, networking, and honey judging at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. Sessions cover Africanized honey bee management for Texas conditions, varroa treatment protocols for the Gulf Coast climate, queen rearing in subtropical environments, and honey production from Texas's diverse floral resources — from Gulf Coast tallow tree to Hill Country wildflower to South Texas citrus.
