Beekeeping Conference · February 15–16, 2028 · Provo, Utah
The Utah Beekeepers Association's winter conference at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo brings together beekeepers from throughout the Beehive State for education, fellowship, and honey exhibition. Utah's diverse beekeeping landscape — from the Great Basin's sagebrush deserts to the Wasatch Front's canyon wildflowers to the Colorado Plateau's desert blooms — creates one of the West's most varied honey production environments. Sessions address desert beekeeping challenges including hot-dry summers, limited water sources, and management for Utah's distinctive sweet clover, alfalfa, and mountain wildflower honeys. The honey show celebrates Utah's signature high-mountain and desert varietal offerings.
