Elko Ruby Mountains Honey & Great Basin Heritage Festival 2030

Honey Festival · August 9–10, 2030 · Elko, Nevada

Elko — the heart of the Ruby Mountain wilderness corridor and Nevada's ranching capital — hosts the 2030 Elko Ruby Mountains Honey & Great Basin Heritage Festival at Elko Convention Center. Elko County beekeepers showcase rare Ruby Mountains wildflower honey, Great Basin sage blossom, and alfalfa honeys from high-desert meadows above 6,000 feet. The festival features Basque cultural honey pairings reflecting Elko's sheep-ranching heritage, wilderness apiary tours in the Ruby Mountains foothills, Great Basin native bee ecology talks, and a Nevada Beekeepers Association honey judging competition.
