This July festival at City Park celebrates Larimer County's remarkable honey heritage through producers from across the Front Range corridor of Larimer, Weld, and Boulder counties, competitive honey shows featuring Colorado's prized Front Range wildflower, sweet clover, and mountain varietals, guided tastings pairing local honey with Fort Collins's nationally acclaimed craft beers and farm-to-table cuisine, educational programs from CSU apiculture faculty on Front Range bee health and forage ecology, and demonstrations connecting the ecological diversity of the Rocky Mountain foothills with the exceptional quality of northern Colorado's artisan honey.
