Honey Festival · July 13–14, 2028 · Missoula, Montana
Missoula's riverfront hosts this beloved celebration of Montana's extraordinary wildflower honeys — from sweet clover and alfalfa of the eastern plains to fireweed and huckleberry blossom of the Rocky Mountain foothills. Local beekeepers offer tastings of rare Montana varietals, artisan honey-infused foods fill the vendor stalls, and live bluegrass music creates a festive atmosphere. The Montana Beekeepers Association sponsors a honey show with awards for best varietal, best comb, and best creamed honey.
