Beeman Western Australian Marri Honey

Marri honey from Beeman Honey, sourced from hives across Western Australia's marri forests. Marri (Corymbia calophylla), also called Western Australian redgum, is a eucalypt-family tree native to the state's south-west. The honey is amber, cold-extracted and unpasteurised, with a rich caramel sweetness over a robust, earthy base; the flavour builds as it dissolves on the tongue. It is less intense than jarrah and more versatile in the kitchen. Spread it on toast, whisk it into mustard dressings, or bake it into oat biscuits.
