Schullo Eucalyptus Honey

Raw eucalyptus honey sold by Schullo All Natural Foods, collected in the highlands of the Andes in Ecuador, where eucalyptus trees grow through the mountain valleys. The seller says the honey is harvested only two or three times a year and contains at least 80% eucalyptus pollen, with purity and pollen count checked by laboratories in Germany. The only ingredient is raw eucalyptus honey, packed in a 21.8 oz (620 g) jar, and the seller ships within the continental United States. Use it in marinades and dressings, with roasted root vegetables, in hot tea, or on dark rye bread.
