It is a single-flora honey from ironbark eucalyptus blossom, harvested in the eucalyptus forests of Central New South Wales, with hives kept away from cultivated land in native bush. Wild Nectar says it is raw, unfiltered and cold-extracted, and certified organic by USDA and Australian Certified Organic. The producer describes warm, mellow and nutty notes.
