Bee-Licious Oregon Meadowfoam Honey

Meadowfoam honey from Willamette Valley farms, sold by Bee-Licious Honey in Portland from regional beekeepers who specialize in this varietal. Meadowfoam is an oilseed crop grown almost only in Oregon, and it blooms for just three to four weeks in spring. The honey is known for its vanilla and toasted marshmallow flavor, with a light floral top note and a thick, silky texture. It is raw and minimally filtered and crystallizes slowly. Sold in 3 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz jars. Eat it on its own, on vanilla ice cream, or in hot chocolate.
