Hansen Honey Farm Cranberry Blossom Honey

Raw cranberry blossom honey from Hansen Honey Farm, sourced mainly from Wisconsin, the top cranberry-growing state, where hives work the flowering vines in the marshes each summer. Despite the name it does not taste like cranberries; the fruit is not involved, only the blossom nectar. Hansen sells its artisan honeys raw and ungraded with nothing added, in 2 oz and 12 oz jars, a 12 oz squeeze bottle, and a 60 lb bucket. It is a medium honey that works in holiday baking, glazes for turkey or pork, and cranberry sauce where it adds sweetness from the same crop.
