Lord Byron's Sweet Fire Hot Honey

Sweet Fire hot honey from Lord Byron's, a family apiary in Thurmont, Maryland. Each batch is hand-blended at the apiary from raw, unfiltered wildflower honey and a chili infusion, and the producer describes the heat as smoky chipotle, hot but not too hot. It comes in a 10 oz squeeze bottle; a milder sister product, Sweet Mild Heat, sells at the same price. Drizzle it over fried chicken or pizza, glaze grilled shrimp or roasted vegetables with it, or spoon it over cornbread and a sharp cheese on a charcuterie board.
