Honey and Spice Lychee Honey

Monofloral lychee honey from Honey and Spice, collected in the lychee orchards of Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India's main lychee-growing district. Bees work the orchards during the short spring bloom, and the honey is packed raw and unprocessed. It is light amber with a smooth golden look and a light, buttery, sweet flavour with a delicate floral finish that recalls the fruit. It is one of the milder Indian honeys. Stir it into lassi or chai, pour it over pancakes, or use it in fruit salads.
