Mānoa Honey & Mead Macadamia Honey

Raw macadamia blossom honey from Mānoa Honey & Mead, an Oʻahu honey and mead maker with a honey house in Wahiawā and a honey bar in Kaimukī. This honey is harvested on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, where most of the state's macadamia orchards grow. The producer describes an amber honey with a rich, roasted taste, nutty and malty notes and a lingering floral aftertaste. It is sold raw with no artificial ingredients, in 2 oz, 8 oz and 12 oz squeeze bears and a 9 oz glass jar. Pour it over pancakes or French toast, or serve it with scones.
