Happy Valley Rewarewa Native Honey

Rewarewa honey from Happy Valley, a New Zealand packer that harvests and packs its native honeys locally. Rewarewa (Knightia excelsa, often called New Zealand honeysuckle) is a native forest tree with red spring flowers. The honey is deep amber, earthy and less sweet than clover, with caramel and malt undertones. Happy Valley triple-churns it into a creamy, spreadable set.
