Worker B Saw Palmetto Raw Honey

Raw saw palmetto honey from Florida, sold by Worker B, a Minneapolis honey, beeswax and skincare company that sources its varietal raw honeys from select beekeepers. Saw palmetto is a low, shrubby fan palm common across Florida's pine flatwoods and coastal scrub. Worker B describes the honey as starting off bitter, with slightly smoky, earthy notes, then settling into burnt sugar and vanilla, similar to but sweeter than its toyon honey. Sold in a 12 oz glass jar with a metal lid; as raw honey it may crystallize. Stir it into black tea, drizzle it over aged cheese, or brush it on pork as a glaze.
