Orange blossom honey from Baldoni, a Brazilian packer that has won the Brazilian Beekeeping Congress best-honey title several times. It comes in a 300 g squeeze bottle. The honey is pale gold and thin enough to pour straight from the fridge, with a clear citrus-blossom aroma and a gentle, clean sweetness. It is the Brazilian house honey for breakfast: drizzle it on papaya, pão de queijo or plain yogurt, or use it to sweeten iced tea and lemonade without clouding the flavour. Baldoni also sells silvestre, eucalipto and cipó-uva single-flower honeys in the same format.
