Chunk comb honey from Bee Friends Farm, a Jacksonville, Florida beekeeping business started in 2013 by beekeeper Michael Leach. Each jar packs pieces of fresh honeycomb in the farm's Jacksonville wildflower honey, which its bees make from whatever local flowers are in bloom, so no two jars look alike. The farm suggests eating the liquid honey first and then the comb. It is a seasonal item made in small numbers. Put the comb on a cheese board, stir the honey into coffee or tea, or eat a piece of comb on its own. The farm also sells cut comb without liquid honey.
