Bill's Bees Wildflower Honeycomb

Raw wildflower honeycomb from Bill's Bees, a Southern California beekeeper selling honey direct from hives in the Angeles National Forest. Bill pulls a frame of honey from a hive, cuts a generous slice of comb and packs it, still dripping, into a box surrounded by pure honey. The only ingredients are beeswax and honey, and each box holds about 12 oz. Bill's Bees also sells sage, orange blossom and avocado blossom honeys. Spread the comb on bread, serve it with your favorite cheese, or scoop it out of the box and eat it as it is.
