Lal Tigray Raw White Honey

White honey from Tigray, in Ethiopia's northern highlands, sold by Lal The Honey Company, which works directly with beekeepers across Ethiopia. The seller does not name a single flower source. It is naturally light in colour and silky smooth, with a velvety texture, a creamy consistency and a mild floral flavour. Lal sells it as raw and unfiltered, never heated or treated. It comes in 250 g and 500 g jars. Drizzle it over warm bread, stir it into tea, or spread it on toast with soft cheese.
